Who we are

Crema Labs was founded by Dom Davis, who leads sales, and Mitchel Schneider, who leads product. We work with businesses in Vancouver first, because finding the right work to hand off means sitting with the people who do it.

What we believe

Every business is about to own its own software and AI: built around how it already works, inside the tools it runs, with its data in one place. We call that a sovereign business. Custom systems used to cost more than the problem; now they cost less than the hire you would otherwise make.

How we work

• We map where your time goes. We talk to the people doing the work, find what repeats and put a dollar figure on it. You see a working demo on sample data before you pay anything.
• We connect your systems. Your POS, CRM, inbox and accounting share what they know, so data gets entered once.
• We keep it running. We test every system before it goes live, watch it after and improve it as your business changes. Nobody on your team has to look after it.

How we sort the work

Software for work that repeats the same way every time. AI for messy inputs, where a mistake is cheap to catch. People for money, customers and trust: a system drafts, a person approves.

How we handle your data

• Everything we build runs inside your own tools and accounts.
• A system only gets the access you give it.
• Anything that touches money or a customer waits for a person to approve it.
• We never share or sell your data.

What it costs

It depends on what we build, because every system is built for one business. You pay nothing until you’ve seen a working demo and what it would save you. After launch, a monthly service fee covers running, fixing and improving it.
